Forgetting things at the store

Why is it that I am so bad at shopping & forgetting things? 
Ironically most of the things I forgot are holiday or winter related. I forgot to get more tea which makes me very sad. The closer stores really don't have a good tea selection at all. J is about to be out of his peppermint tea too. 
The store didn't have Hanukkah candles, but that was a bit of a long shot. I'll have to order some online. I may get some tea that way too. I haven't ordered tea online before but I'm sure it will be fine. *knocks on wood

We are stocked up on crackers, medicine, and we have leftover chicken soup and beef stew. What do you like to stock up on for the holidays ?

Forgive my ignorance (and I should know having Latvian Jewish ancestry) but what makes Chanukah candles different from candles in general?

I think Whittards as a tea company ship worldwide and I can recommend their products as an anglo tea freak! :o)

Hanukkah candles aren't that different from other candles. I just meant candles that will fit my menorah, lol.
