It's World Diabetes Day! 

"Diabetes Matters” will aim to raise the profile of diabetes and unite voices in diabetes awareness for World Diabetes Day 2020 and beyond. Today I reached out to my parents to check on my Dad, who has diabetes. If you have diabetes, I hope you are doing ok today. <3

  Several artists have come out with new Christmas albums recently. So I have started listening to Christmas music despite it not being Thanksgiving here. :D

Holly Dolly Christmas - Dolly Parton 

The Christmas Album -  Leslie Odom Jr. (Burr from Hamilton). 

       This has the song Ma’oz Tzur which is a jazzy version of the traditional Hanukkah song. He & his jewish wife sing together on this track. I love it & have listened to it at least 3 times in as many days.

I wanted to do a self care check in. What self care have you done recently? 
I took a nice long hot bath yesterday. I also made myself a mocha this morning with cocoa powder & instant coffee.
