Dinner and Breakfast plans

Dinner tonight was meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I made Alton Brown's Meatloaf.   I successfully cut the recipe in half. Next time I want to make the full recipe for leftovers and add spinach. And remember to serve it with a vegetable! 


Planning on making oats of some kind for breakfast. 🍓🍓🍌

I love steel cut oats and should really make them more often.

Tonight my roommate Wolf, who cooks excellently, made steak, baked potatoes, caramelized onions, and sautéed mushrooms. Umami heaven.
