This is why I watch/read while on hold. I spent at least 1 hour on hold while trying to ask about an order that was canceled before it was put in properly. Also the email they sent alerting us to this said that we should pick up the item from the store. However we ordered multiple items & it didn't say which item. Ugh so frustrating. I just want my new washing machine!

Youtube planning to cancel community captions

Youtube has stated they are going to turn off community captions and are planning on replacing them with a paid model. There are sooo many reasons this would be a Bad idea. Disability, being Deaf/Hoh, foreign language speakers/watchers to name a few. Plus youtube tends to have fairly good captions. A lot of youtubers are very niche and with have specific vocab that a lot of people, including captioners may not know. I use captions on youtube, netflix, hulu, most places that offer it. Most things have errors but YouTube tends to have less due to community members being able to fix it.
