Accessible Housing advice needed

I'm hoping yall can help me with some information or point me in the right direction.
My partner and I are looking to move into new housing that is more accessible. Specifically we are needing a walk in / roll in shower and we would love a more accessible kitchen. The problem is I don't know where to find it. I have a work from home job so we can possible move anywhere in the continental US but we would prefer an lgbtq friendly state. We also have a small dog which complicates things further.
Does anyone know of any websites or services that have accessible housing? Or that help people find it. We've tried searching zillow & a few other housing sites but they don't have accessible as an option. We did try to talk to a few realtors but they didn't understand what we needed and weren't able to find anything that fit our needs.
